My experience was dreadful! Upon arrival, the check-in process was awkward since you’re forced to stand outside to complete it through a small window. To make matters worse, the refrigerator was questionable at best, I didn't trust its temperature. While I stayed for two nights, no one bothered to make my bed or even leave a door tag for service. It's beyond unacceptable!

Room for Improvement but Comfortable Stay

The King Room offered a cozy retreat with comfortable bedding and decent amenities. However, the cleanliness of the vinyl flooring left much to be desired. Service was inconsistent, especially at the front desk. Future guests should ensure they discuss any concerns thoroughly upon check-in.

If you’re all about great eats, you can’t miss Brew-it Coffee and Tea. it’s right around the corner and brews a mean cup. Plus, La Parrilla Mexican Grill serves some bomb tacos that made my taste buds dance. The air conditioning in our King Room cranked up the chill factor nicely, which was a lifesaver during those warm evenings.

This place suits me perfectly with wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my way during my first stay. I’m coming back for a weekend!
